Is it mandatory to have an account to shop on Furnicos?
Having an account on Furnicos is not mandatory, If you want to buy furniture online from furnicos, you can just input your details on the checkout page, Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & more convenient, as to have access for a personalised shopping
experience, recommendations and quicker check-out.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as we ship the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your Furnicos account.
